That's too bad Tbone!, Any more information? How high inthe tree, how far, quartering away??? Sometimes it helps to get a "bird's eye" view of the trail it took to figure out where it went. Consider it a learning experience and remember to aim for the exit hole.
I have not been out. Between weddings, work, and family events i can't get in the woods. It's so darn warm too, so I know the deer by my house have been staying in the deep woods til after dark. My dad did take a nice doe saturday AM up north. This was his first deer in a while so that was nice to hear.
