is the gun the old target model?? if not i duno nothin about the gun but about a 22lr...the round is great...i have a marlin 25n or sumthin...with a cheap 4x tasco on it...at 50 ft i can have a 5 shot group touching within a 1/4 inch i bet..its a cheap gun...but it shots...and about nomercys post...i have to dissagre about cheap ammo...with that same gun at 50 yds with the bulk ammo you buy for like 10 bux for 550 or sumthin at walmart...it will still hold a group under an inch maybe one flyer...the ammois ok for plinking but i like cci standards for cheap accuracy and consistancy...i really love shoting a 22lr...you can do it all day and not be sore...and its fun..i kno i will always keep a few around...even when im old...
