Called them on Tues. morning needing a new EDS stopper for my STS, the lady on the phone said they have them it stock and will ship that day, no farther than I live 2 day's delivery max .Itell her thats fine as I am not leaving for Texas till SAT. Friday no stopper! Called them up to see whats up, you know the snail mail, Am told it hasn't been sent out yet, even though they have them in stock. Told them to send it anyway but they won't have to worry about customer service with me anymore as I will take my $$$$$ else where. Has anyone else had this kind of service out of B@D
