Nothing wrong with your Muzzy's dude... Your little nightmare with the doe was strickly shot placement

No expandible is going to make up for poor shot placment

Any good broadhead,put in the right place will put a deer down in 12 seconds!!! And leave a blood trail a blind man could follow
