heck...id like to know how you butcher a deer without gutting it gutting is the first thing i do and i can do it quickly...ive only seen one guy that is faster than me..but hes done 100 more than i have. ive only done about 15..ive seen some guys that make it into a major operation and take every bit of about an hour though..
