Yes, it is a good read. But one must read it with the idea that this guy Bellm makes his living working on Contenders and Encores. Not all Encores are as screwed up as Bellm makes them out to be. My factory .30-06 Encorebarrel has a small chamber and a a short forcing cone. It also makes .75 inch three shot groups at 100 yards.

i like to set the bullet in my Remington Model 700 loads so that it is .010 to .015off the rifling: This is too long for the Encore. i end up with ammo boxes marked fordifferent rifles but that is ok.
