Love spotlighting and so does my wife and many non hunting friends. That's one reason why it's still legal in PA, there are a lot of non hunters using it as a recreation. Many are against it thinking if it were illegal than poaching would dwindle. I don't believe that, poachers poach and could care less if it were legal or not. They'd still do it.
