I had the same problem too but i switched to the Doinker D2 multi rod and works great for me. pretty much no shake now. I was also thinking about getting the Diamond wild thing but I talked myself out of it. If you want more weight i here the wild thing is pretty heavy, plus its pretty sweet lookin
