I'm trying to help a friend of mine find a buyer for 265 acres of timber in Barlow, Kentucky. It's solid woods with some logging roads. It's boardered by corn and bean fields. There was a 182 B&C taken off the farm last year. He would like to sell in one track, but would sell half. He's asking 1350/acre. Let me know if you'd like more info.
