Ranks...I assume you mean your a fawn. That changes with number of posts made.

Teams, the teams are full and you cannot join one at this time. Signups happen July through August and then teams are made. You can read the contest rules pinned to the top of the contest forum.

Also, you'll want to turn your ALL CAPTs off, online it's considered yelling.
