Ummmmm.........No, it's not stupid. People from different places obviously believe different. It is an extremely common practice to bait here in Texas where it is openly accepted. Now other state not only is it illegal, but is also considered by some extremely unethical.

I'm just saying it should be in the states parks and wildlife hand's. So just leave it the way it is.
