Yes, I do the same thing. And sometimes it is pretty cold. I don’t wear any of my hunting clothes in my vehicle. I get out and change clothes in the open air. Does it make a difference; I think so. And since I think so, I’d feel like I’d failed before I ever got in there if I wavered from my plan. It’s not that bad though, you just need to put the stuff away correctly so that base layers are on top and so on until you get to the outer layer. And I’ll usually take my suburban instead of the truck if it is really cold, so that my bags and tubs are in the back where they’re being heated on the way.
