What I'm proposing I feel will bring more users to the various forums, because they will have a forum that relates to their specific needs in their state. Many hunters are not visiting these regional forums, myself included, because they can not relate to the broad nature of them. Vist Refugeforums.com , there they have their flyway forums broken down into states and it seems to attack a steady following for all the states. Maybe the same could work here.
