Here's one for you...I don't usually gut my deer....Only if it's pretty hot and need to help it cool....Other than that, I hang it in the barn, bone it out, make a small incision at the short ribs to extract the tenderloin, put it in the bucket on the Deere and haul it to the "graveyard"...
