My heavy lifting days are about over, going high reps. Trying to loose 20 pounds. I am 5' 8'' 200+ pounds and I met my 300 lbbench goal. So I am headed the other way now, LOL
Looks like my Predator shirt is coming that was on back order. I bought some DDW Touthpaste[8D], hand towels, and mouth spray.
Took the dodge in for a checkup all is good. I keep looking over the map and trying to remember in my head what it look like when I walk it in March. With this colder weather I wish I was going tonight[:@]
