Thanks for all those warm welcomes and the advice. I will post pics of sheds for sure. I am going back to that same "snort" spot to check. Prior to the "snort" I heard a thrashing in the thick brush, sounded like something beating the heck out of a tree. That "snort" sure raised the hairs on the back of my neck, never heard anything like it. I felt like I was being watched. It must have been a big buck because the hoof prints were the size of a Canadian Cigarette pack, About 4"x 3", front and back prints didn't overlap, that plus the fact that I managed to accidently spill Doe Estrus Urine all over myself. When I got home the wife said I stank and made me take my gear off in the garage, it was really strong smelling. Hopefully there will be a shed in the area. Spring sure feels like a millenium away now.
