I’m purchasing a T/C Omega 50cal from my bro-in-law. He’s getting into more traditional types of rifles. It’s a 50cal with a cabelas 2-7 scope. He is selling it withsabots, powder and accessories (tools)for $275. I’d assume this is a pretty good deal. Any one else own one and have any thoughts on this rifle.
Joe, That is a very good deal if the rifle is in good condition (no pits in the bore, no rust in the bore, etc). I own an Omega and they are excellent shooter. I shoot Nosler Partition 300g, 100g of 777 loose and a Federal Primer, with a Crushed rib sabot. If your brother in law has this dialed in, they use what he dialed it in for.
