Here are instructions I got from ron3775. Hope they help !

ok so you find the pic of the map you want, hit ctrl and prnt scrn at the same time. Then open up your paint program (start / accessories/ paint). Once opened, go to edit at the top and click paste. the whole web page will post. From there, use the dotted box to edit out the things you don't want. (after selecting them, hit delete to remove it. When you have to all cleaned up, select the map area that you want and move it to the top right of paint. When you have it relocated, save it as a jpeg file. Then if you have microsoft powerpoint you can draw lines to show special things. Don't worry about bothering me, that is what we are here for.
