Howler, sounds like you have some awesome hunting! Back when I was younger I would earn permission to hunt local farms. Never anything over 200 acres though. But around here our farmers hate groundhogs and I used to have a field day with my .243 and a box of ammo. The farmers would have horses and cattle that would end up with broken legs from falling into the groundhog holes. So I had a nice little rotation where I'd jump from farm to farm every few days and help out. I also helped bail hay and harvest corn in the fall. In return I got to hunt some really nice property for whitetail, pheasants and doves.
