I have seen someone blast a hole in his trucks floorboard with his shotgun from not paying attention, not to count carrying a loaded weapon and not using the safety. Also seen a coworker almost shot from 5ft away when my bosses gun malfunctioned allowinghis shotgun to firewhen he clicked the button tochamber his round on his semi autoat a company sheet shoot.
