I have the viper and it's very light and compfortable. I bought this to get a way from dragging my tree lounge around at certain locations. The only gripe I have with it is the cheap plastic stirups. Last year after a few hours of scouting with my stand on my back, I noticed one of them was gone. I made me a new one out of steal which will probably add a little bit of weight but atleast I know it will be there after walking through the woods. Other than that no complaints at all.
