for a 30-40 bow, i recommend Browning. Thats what i use, and its bumped up over the limit. the reason i shoot a low poundage bow is because i tire easilly, and it can still kill a dear at 20-30 yards.

I also reccomend you check your state regulations. I say this only becuase its 40 here in RHode Island, the limit might be different where you are.
