If this is a Winners Choice cable they'll replace it if you send it back to them. Otherwise if there isn't any broken strands you can reserve it with #2D serving. Just take the cable off the bow and remove the old serving then reserve it. If there is a burr on the cam I've had good luck using a diamond hone on them.
