Hey there chapman, It was a rule about what shot good yesterday, won't today. I can't find the link but I'm pretty sure cayugad knows where to find it. It was included amongst many others.
That was what I was using. the .451 partitions HG. I'm waiting on the 45-70's to come in the mail.
I started off early this morning and gave a fair bit of time between shots. Swabbing and such. Walking back and forth to the chrony..etc. It was cool to start but warmed up quick and brought out the blackflies in clouds.[:@]They may have had more to do with the stringing than anything. Did I mention I hate blackflies. lol Tiny little flies with canines three inches long. It's really amazing to see them flying with those fangs hanging out.
I found a ballistics calculator called Point Blank. I'm not sure how accurate it is but the numbers are pretty close to my 100 yds #'s with the muzzle #'s inputted. The BC I took from Nosler's site.
