RE: deer thief
Actually in a lot of states theres nothing you can do in a situation like this. The law is, the last man to shoot owns the kill.
If I were a warden and came across this situation i would take the deer myself and take it to a homless shelter or something. It would be sad that the honest guy lose the deer, but to me, better than the dishonest guy get it.
