Picked up a newKnight Disc rifle in a trade. I stuck a Leupold 4x scope on it and took it out to try it out yesterday evening. I didn't have much in the way of sabot/bullet combinations on hand. I first checked it @ 25 yards to get it on paper.
I had an 80 grain measure, so I tried it with 80 grains ffg T-7.
I then moved to 50 yards and tried some Knight 260 grain lead bullets with sobots. (shots 1,2, &3) Not too good!
I then tried some T/C 250 grain shockwaves I had. (shots 4, 5, &6) Better, but still not what I'm thinking this rifle is capable of!
Any suggestions? Perhaps more powder?........

(How's that for being cheap when it comes to targets? )
