i shot black maxs last year (still have two) as advertised, i can actually tell they out penitrate my other arrows by about 1-2inches (they are generally heavier weighted though so that could be why) and havent broken one yet just lost them hunting and target shooting. id recomend them 100% just get an arro puller cause they are very slick with that polished finish and they are small to grab onto.
