I shoot Gold Tip 7595's out of my 70# diamond black ice, I have a 29 inch arrow and my arrows weigh just a shade under 500 Grains with wraps, veins and 100 grain Muzzy heads...I was also have arrows that are about 400 grns and both fly well...i went with the heavier ones because they are much quieter
