New member here and only been forum stalking for 2-3 hours now but i would like to chime in. Wouldnt it make sense to get the biggest baddest rifle your budget allows for until you become a dead ringer with placement and then drop down to the state minimums (slowly but surely) for bragging rights when you have gained ample experiance? Seems like the logical progression as far as my noob ass is concerned.
