The only Hells Kitchen I know of is in Northern Utah, between Logan and Bear Lake. I have never hunted there but I am under the impression that there is a lot of private land. I do have family that hunt elk in idaho about 20 or so miles from there but in the same mountain range. The have always seen elk.
