Default RE: 75 gr Muzzy

I have used the 75 grain muzzy on some carbon express 400 3d shafts. They wre actually about the only head that I tried that grouped well for me with the shafts. My bow was shooting about 290 fps at 70 pounds and 33" draw. I shot two deer with them that year. One was a quartering away shot at 35 yards. BTW it was the longest shot I have ever taken at a deer, and I will never take it again. I was in the process of releasing, past the point of no return, when the deer took a step. To make a long story short, I hit the deer through the liver and one lung. Complete pass threw though. I waited four hours before recovering the deer. Just goes to show that speed isn't everything some people make it out to be. The other deer was only at 10 yards and was a double lung pass threw. Since then however I have switched back to my old setup with aluminums (2613) and heavy broadheads.

The head did preform well.
