Which state or province has the most restrictive regulations regarding the allowable equipment for the muzzle loading seasons ?
Scopes ?
Sabots ?
Inlines ?
Percussion/flintlock only ?
Etc. etc. ???

Either that or links to your local DNR websites would be appreciated.
This is just to satisfy my own curiosity and a friendly debate between a buddy and me....
