the Montecs are not "dull" they are just not scalpel sharp. You can cut yourself on them if you are careless. I always wounder if the people who clame them to be dull are shooting the practice heads. true I have not had one that I can shave with but I have never seen a head like that.
I still don't see what all the fuss is aboutwhen it comes to out-of-the-package sharpness on a broadhead that's so easy to sharpen and so maintenance free. They may not have come shaving sharp, but I can make mine that way, and I'd be willing to bet they'll take more punishment than just about any broadhead that requires assembly except for maybe the Silver Flame.That's one sturdy looking head.
