I was hoping if anyone could help me with a few questions I have. Im 21 in the Marines and in good shape, I hunt with a Mathews compound bow, but have trouble doing so because my left arm got messed up and I had sugery on it but will not be able to straten it out, it goes to a 35 degrees. Is it possible for me to get a licence to carry a cross bow?
