The fastest burn rate of powder I would use in a bolt action is IMR 4350, since you have the RL22 I would start with that, my book shows the most accurate load at 63.5gr@3160fps up to 67.5gr@3340fps, as always, I sugjest makeing three rounds at start load and build up incruments at .5gr, keep them all marked in different baggies and head to the range. Shoot each group looking for consistancy and accuracy and stick to the best load.
