SteveO, I was just looking at that picture. Wow, that must have been one heck of a sight to see in person. It's a shame that all that property got burnt. But on the bright side it could become a good thing once it starts to regrow in a couple years. The deer may not want to cross out in the wide open area which may force them to create some new travel routes around that clearing. With a little luck one of those will lead right past your stand!
