i want to get another deer and coyote rifle. i was thinking about getting a 7.62x39 because the ammo is cheap, the gunis cheap,the cartridges are small,and it is not too powerful. my shots will be out to 350 yards. is htis a good choice?
You had me until I got to the 350yd part. I think that's a stretch for this cartridge. Heck I don't even like taking that long of a shot with rifles that are made for it. I have used a 7.62x39 for coyote before and it will certainly get the job done as it will for deer, but you will need to keep the yardage under 200.
