For those that shoot the Rage 3-Blade Expandable broadheads check out the link below. They are recalling all 3-blade broadheads.
Not all, quote from the site but those who bought them should read it.

Recall notice on RAGE 3 Blade blades shipped between March 6th 2007 and May 31st 2007.
