RE: 3.5" shotgun
I have a Browning gold hunter 3.5" in mossy oak shadowgrass, I love it, it is my favorite gun. Had it for 2 seasons now and have never had a problem. I have only shot 3 or 4 boxes of 3.5's through it, can't really tell that much difference between them and the 3" in my opinion. Patterning has helped me alot though, there are some brands, although very few that I have found, that don't pattern worth a crap through my gun. I suggest you go with an auto when you buy, because after a day of shooting my shoulder doesn't even know a shot was fired.
