I shoot groups of three until I start to feel my arms getting close to their peak, just before tiredness sets in, and then I call it a night. I never push myself too much because it does no good to wear out my bad shoulder before the season even starts. I go out every day that I can. I avoid horribly windy days and really bad weather (ie. lightning).
