Ok guys, I am looking at these two rest and am having a little bit of a tough decision. I recently asked my bow shop owner bout the QAD and he said they were junk and to go with the RIPCORD.
Is it safe to assume that he dosnt sell the QAD and he sells the Ripcord.Saying that one of the most popular full containment rests(QAD) is junk is just a lie--lol--
I havent tried the Ripcord myself so I can not comment on the rest(durability,performance,value,etc) but I have used the QAD and nothing bad to say about it at all.It has everything I am looking for in a Drop rest.
Have fun with your decision,one probably isnt better then the other anyways.It all depends on the persons needs in a rest,and value is a big deciding factor as well.
PS---Popularity of a product in certain areas
is also the deciding factor
