That would depend on what big game you are wanting to go after? Because unlike what someone else on the thread posted NOT all states allow non-residents to hunt ALL available big game. There are some states that restrict what a Non-Resident is allowed to receive a tag for.
I never said, nor anyone said, that ALL big game could be hunted in every state by non-residents, just that every state allowed non-resident hunting in general.
