My experience with these is that it gets too dark to hunt (after legal shooting hours are closed)before the light gathering ability of the scopes let me down. Thus, a "brighter" scope than these would provide me no practical advantage.
What are your legal hunting hours?In some jurisductions,the legal hours are from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset.At an hour before sunrise or an hour after sunset,I appreciate all of the light transmission that I can get.
