I have one and have had some luck bringing does back that were a little skittish and headed away from me. Mine fell out of a tree and did fall apart. I put it back together and it works, but falls apart often. I picked up another one because I think it sounds great and works.
Just how are they ( the call ) falling apart , I've had mine for years and never had a problem.
Exactly as RIStrutStopper says, the whole inside assembly has fallen out of 3 of mine and I stopped buying them. The wood reed freezes up easily too. I'm not knocking them, they are a great sounding call and I've used them with success...I'm just tired of not relying on them. I absolutely adore and have tremendous success with the Deer Flute, more user friend, same sound.
