Respect goes a long way. As far as I'm concerned every turkey hunter that plans to hunt, should have at the lease 1 other back up place. If you can get permission on one place you can on another aswell or find a track of public.

As we speek , down the road about 5-6 miles there has been a group of 40 birds hanging in a cut corn field all this winter , everyone that I know has seen and talk about them, yesterday I slipped in to see the farmer about the birds, and he told me that he did not own the land but knew the Register land owner and that he lived in a close town. Well a 10 minute drive to town and another 100 acre woods with turkeys to hunt. While everyone is talking about seeing them ,, I'm asking permission!...BT

I like them with Long Sharp Spurs....
