Helical is the only way to go. The reason for this is because helical fletching will spin arrow faster,making it stabilize quicker thus more accuracy.I use/reccomend full helical because there's no such thing as too much accuracy,especially with fixed blade broadheads. Also,full helical will be more forgiving in case of slight broadhead windplaning.
I was going to type pretty much what he said. The helical will stablize your arrow quicker, thus meaning more consistant and accurate shooting.
