Are you using the same shaft for every shot? Try indexing the nock to see if there is a weak side in the spine department.

My second thought is that the arrows are acting underspined Try turning the bow down to about 60# (two turns) and see what happens. I know that according to the charts they should be OK, but you're looking for an answer so try it.
