I've had several of the ruger P series semiautos and can say that they are VERY dependable. If you like the conventional trigger system, (sa/da/dao) size, weight, fit then by all means go for it.A majority of people like single action trigger pull (ie 1911 style). I would reccomend getting safety model instead of decocker however. A safety model will still safely decock. Have you given any thought to a .40 or .45 caliber? Heavy trigger pull and so so accuracy are main 2 drawbacks to these pistols.
when i had mine i noticed the heavy trigger if a bought one how hard and what is the cost to have the trigger lighten up a bit and if so how light should i go
