Probably not enough to worry about. Any minor loss is out weighed by the positives, IMO.

You have actually changed where the back end of the arrow is in relationship to your eye by a small amount so that will probably account for some change to your sight settings. You didn't have to change the pin gap did you? I am thinking it would only be a tiny amount if so.
