They give you the side of people I really see. In your mind you have the ability to completely remove the worst of human traits and replace them with praise for meaningless attributes.
You continue to praise Pete Rose because he of his ball hitting ability while being completely blind to the facts that the man is a admitted criminal an abusive father and an all around butt wipe. I'm sure you can find solace in Ray Lewis and his return to the fine game of football, Helluva a guy. And of course Vick is a great quarterback in your mind.In mine he is only out of jail because of who he is and in your mind he is only in trouble because of who he is.
